Text messages are accepted but please keep in mind that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Any text messages received on those days will be responded to on the next opening business day.

Appointment Policy

• Appointments are required. That stated, we will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings as well.

• Our new Covid19 policy: 
  • Masks are now optional for clients.  
  • If you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms, headaches, coughing, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

• If we are unable to answer your call:
  • We encourage you to text message which would give you the fastest  response. Voicemails are also received, however they have a slightly longer response time.  Please leave your name and number when messaging us. 

• We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed, however, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that another client may book the time.  We do require credit card holds on all appointments and will be charging a cancellation/no-show fee for appointments if they are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours.  Services less than$40 will not be charged a cancellation fee.
