Appointment Policy

• Appointments are required. That stated, we will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings as well.

• If we are unable to answer your call:
  • We encourage you to text message which would give you the fastest  response. Voicemails are also received, however they have a slightly longer response time.  Please leave your name and number when messaging us. 

• We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed, however, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that another client may book the time.  We do require credit card holds on all appointments and will be charging a cancellation/no-show fee for appointments if they are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours.  Services less than $40 will not be charged a cancellation fee.
